Who we are
Lawyers and journalists against impunity
Hadaf brings together professionals with experience in research, human rights, strategic litigation and communication.

Journalism team
Provides documentary research, source analysis (WEBINT, OSINT, digital forensics…), verification, knowledge of corporate and institutional structures and the ability to explain complex information.
Legal team
Provides analysis of liability, identification of jurisdictions and procedural routes, risk assessment and the building of litigation strategies.
Independence
Independence is a fundamental condition of our work. Hadaf does not represent the interests of companies, governments or institutions. Our framework is human rights, international law and the principle of accountability.
Where do we come from?
Hadaf was born from one observation: the impunity of companies, institutions and individuals here who maintain relationships of complicity with the genocide, occupation and apartheid imposed on Palestine. Contracts, investments, financing, technology, supply chains and infrastructure remain opaque and uninvestigated.
It was founded by people linked to two platforms and a campaign who saw the need to coordinate their efforts. To do so, they set up an association able to raise funds and build the technical expertise needed to sustain the impact of strategic litigation in the long term.

Alliances
The structures we want to investigate are often transnational. That is why Hadaf’s reach will also depend on our ability to build alliances.
We work with organisations such as the European Legal Support Center, the Palestinian Community of Catalonia, Greenpeace, Centre Delàs, ODE and ACO; social movements such as Juristas por Palestina, Periodismo Contra el Genocidio and the campaign “End the arms trade with Israel”; and law firms such as Col·lectiu Ronda, Arrels Advocats and Salellas Advocats. We also work with academics, the media, research centres and international strategic litigation networks.
For Hadaf, alliances have a practical purpose: sharing information and skills, cross-checking investigations, coordinating legal strategies and multiplying impact. We aim to be a hub of knowledge and action.
